Lanzamientos de DC Comics para octubre de 2013
¿Se acuerdan cuando hace unos añetes la Crisis Infinita trajo consigo unas cuantas series limitadas que iban sobre la Guerra de Rann-Thanagar, Villanos Unidos, Proyecto Omac y el Dia de la Venganza? Pues no sé por qué (supongo que cosas del inconsciente) éso mismo me ha venido a la mente cuando he visto aparecer entre las solicits de octubre los primeros números de A.R.G.U.S., Arkham War y Rogues Rebellion, que se desprenden del chachievento Forever Evil, o “malos pa siempre” como mal tradujo un amigacho y me cayó en gracia la tontuna…
Pues eso… que los “malos pa siempre” además de contar con su segunda entrega y un director’s cut (o tomadura de pelo sacaeuros) de la primera, se ramifica alegremente a lo largo y ancho del universo pijamista deceniano durante todo octubre.
Pero no sólo tenemos éso. Se nos inaugura una serie de Supes-WW, que ya que en éste Nuevo 52 nos los han emparejado, pues qué mejor que sacar una serie de los novietes haciendo cosas de supertipos los dos juntetes.
Por otra parte el mítico equipo que nos trajo la JLA/E/I, Fomerly Knowns y I can’t believe… nos regresan al grupo de nuevo. Sólo que ésta vez Giffen y DeMatteis junto con Maguire nos relatan historias de una JL 3000. ¿Susto? ¿Miedo? ¿Esperanza? La verdad es que no sé si sería mejor que tirasen hacia otros derroteros en lugar de intentar por enésima vez explotar la fórmula de la serie graciosilla. Al fin y al cabo en Los Defensores ya les salió el tiro por la culata…
También comienza la serie de Damian Wayne. Sip, ya se que se supone que está muerto. Pero ésto es DC, el univero de los Elseworlds y las realidades alternativas por excelencia. Lo que Andy Kubert nos va a escribir y dibujar son historias de ése Damian mayorcete y enfundado en el traje del murciélago que ya nos ofreció en el Batman 666 en plena etapa morrisoniana.
También la editorial aprovecha éste mes para lanzarnos una nueva remesilla de annuales en sus series. Y el más asustante de todos ellos corresponde al boy-scout de acero dónde se nos anuncia… Krypton Returns!! Oooohhh! Aaaahhh! Y sólo hace unos añetes que ya lo hicieron en el universo pre-Flashpoint…
Y en cuanto al universo pijamista deceniano poco más. Cada colección a su rollete y casi todas atadas por lo de los “malos pa siempre”…
Llegamos a los tomos pijameros con sorpreson sacadineros: ¿¿¡¡Un omnibus con los episodios de los malosos del pasado mes!!? ¡¡¡¿¿¿Y A 150 PAVOS??!!! Didido no es tonto en absoluto, y si la jugada le sale bien ya verán ustedes como cienes de descerebrados que ya adquirieron aquél omnibus que recopilaba los números uno de los Nuevos 52 se compran éste a ojos ciegos con la esperanza de especular con él en un futuro. Porque… si no es para revenderlo sacando beneficio ¿en serio interesaría éste tomo y a éste precio?
Del resto de tomos destacar que da la impresión de que pretenden comenzar a reeditar en tepebeses la etapa de Mike Grell en Green Arrow, que nos reeditan la serie setentera del Joker en un sólo volumen y…
¡¡¡¡UN OMNIBUS DEL JUST IMAGINE STAN LEE…!!! Ottia puta, que el Didio está peor aún de lo que pensaba…
Por otra parte la editorial repite aquella de tebeyos a dólar para enganchar a nuevos lectores. En ésta ocasión los afortunados son el Batman de Snyder, la WW de Azzarello, V de Vendetta y Sandman cuyo primer número ya tiene en grapa casi tantas ediciones como en tomo…
Y precisamente con Sandman llegamos al “resurgir” de la línea Vertigo. Que si bien se le daba por finiquitada entre los escasos títulos y la migración de personajes como Constantine al universo pijamero, la editorial está dispuesta a demostrar que no es así. Y nos saca un puñadete de series nuevas.
La serie limitada de Sandman con Gaiman y, por desgracia, JH Williams 3º (sip, no me gusta ¿qué pasa?), Coffin Hill con guion de la novelista Caitlin Kittredge, Hinterkind de Ian Edington y The Witching Hour que afortunadamente no es secuela de aquél esperpento que perpetraron entre Loeb y Bachalo hace unos añazos, si no que se trata de una antología de historias cortitas de muchos autores surtidillos.
Y con ésto llegamos al final del mes de octubre. Por cierto, las de noviembre puede que me pillen de vacaciones, por lo que no respondo de cuándo os las prepare.. Y, para no variar, el listado completito a continuacion:
